oh okay I'm stupid... using setPos worked for me at every other house type...

When you use skiptime, the game "simulates" weather changes that might happen over that period of time (possibly just current rate of change * skipped time?).
Unfortunately this simulation can put the values of overcast and fog well beyond their normal valid range range of 0-1 (eg, fog can equal -1.79, 2.6), and from there they can take a long time to wander back into the valid range where any change becomes apparent.

This really needs to be fixed! before the 1.6 Bis had the spectate working well choice of who or how to spectate, its always been a big part of ArmA Hoe about a Sitrep has it gone for good or what?
Update of ARMA (DEV) and I did the check file verification, but that didn't resolved the problem
that one I didn't do... would not be logic because the 'Normal' version doesn't have any problems.
We need this, Devs please teach AI Sq Leaders for that.

Confirmed.
At test mission, I restart three times to see for all weapons reloading. And I noticed that the animation playing suddenly stopped, then it continued just between the time elapsed.
The behaviour hasn't changed after the latest update (09.06.2016; Game version: 1.63.136688)
Could you try this on DEV? It might be already fixed, you would be just wasting your time with stable.

the log claims the problem is with this library: "PresentationUI, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35", which is part of Microsoft .NET Framework. Please try to re-install it with the latest version (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=49981), that should fix your issue.
The"!alive object name" in a trigger is now not working in many old missions or showing errors
Most errors in the rpt are actually referring to the bad animation configs, so providing them with the rpt file will be ideal.

redownloaded arma 3 , rebooted pc, made sure latest version of graphics card was loaded, did not fix problem

I have issues with TrackIR as well.
I don't use trackIr zoom, but when i look to the sides and zoom in with right mouse button, the view is forced forward. Only happens when on foot. Vehicles are fine.
