I can confirm this. Game sits at low fps for about 10 seconds then boom normal fps.
I got AMD Radeon R9 200 series, drivers up to date.
There are some other h-barriers with bad textures. Its bad that this has not been fixed since full release
Just disable simulation for the objects your placing down in the attributes

New Video, notice how the echo fades out, but the pop stays same volume.
Popping is present in stable also.
I disagree, but I know what your saying. no other weapon is making that distinctive popping sound after shots are fired in certain areas,turn your volume up a bit more and you can tell it's not an echo. I'm sure someone else has noticed this.

I agree with the fixing of the game, but this could be a really nice addition to the vanilla game, not everyone uses mods.

I had that issue , the way i fixed it was that i turned off aiming deadzone. i assume it was broke in the last update.

i know what your getting at but i think we also need a sight like the secondary sight of the RCO or the DMS, just for some varity
