They attempt to climb the ladder, then fall from the top of the ladder and end up stuck in the wall.
They can fall through the wall/floor and receive fall damage (including fatal damage), and/or end up stuck running around in a loop on the ground underneath the ladder.

- Order AI onto roof, by pressing F2, then point mouse cursor a defined position on the roof.
