Hi, I have noticed that this issue is also in stable, even in vanilla/official servers. It seems that the headlights themselves may work in projecting light, including turn signals/hazard lights and brakelights, but the bulbs themselves don't seem to light up, making brakelights and incoming vehicles at night (aside from the projected light in front of them) very difficult to see.

Can confirm, I have seen this issue before.
Usually happens after a while after you put multiple razor wire barriers really close to eachother.
