Issue Description: After this update sometime, (last night?), I noticed the car & truck lights don't glow when activated. They do however emit light. I find this to be the case for every car & truck, even newly spawned and naturally generated ones.
If you look at the front from a certain angle, you can barely see the low beam and high beam lamps glowing. The other ones don't glow at all.
Doesn't seem to be a server issue, tried multiple different ones.
Tried Fidelity quality preset, made no difference.
