Sometimes when exiting a vehicle you will get stuck the animation of getting out and you will no longer be able to control the vehicle if you are in the driver/pilot seat and cannot interact with anything else like changing seats. This is a separate bug to the one where you get stuck when getting in a vehicle. The only way to continue playing the game is if you respawn or reconnect to the server
