Issue Description: 1.2.1.169
When editing private markers using the ui button, it works as expected keeping the button private,
however the keyboard shortcuts have the same behaviour as when creating a new marker,
R places private while Enter places networked.
If one uses Enter to place networked on a private marker being edited this has the side effect of making all previous edits of the private marker visible.
the markers from before being edited will also reappear if moved out of view and back or the map is closed and opened.

Please keep the functionality to toggle between a marker being private or networked but remove associated bugs.
