not modded.
Suggestion
LAV/BTR/BRDM commander seat variable/fluid stances when turned out, so you can expose the minimum needed to view your surroundings or slowly rise up to look over a hill next to you.
similar to the base infantry movement adjusting it could be done with CTRL+Scrollwheel on pc. unaware as to how it is done on Xbox or Playstation.

also the binoculars clip in the LAV periscope at the moment. but it doesnt affect gameplay
