Soviet razor wire that is constructed from the command tent disappears after about 30 seconds on conflict servers. This doesnt seem to effect US constructed razor wire. I didnt test if the razor wire placed by the construction truck suffers from the same issue.

Steps To Reproduce
Join a conflict server and place razor wire from the soviet command tent, build the razor wire and once completed wait 30 seconds. Razor wire disappears.
Additional Information
I tested this on three official servers, one high ping, one low ping and one server playing as the US.
Conflict Full - 13585674 (US-MI) tested placing the soviet razor wire from the command tent on a high ping server. Razor wire dissappeared after 30 seconds.
Conflict Full - 13245729 (AP-SY) tested placing the soviet razor wire from the command tent on a low ping server. Razor wire dissappeared after 30 seconds.
Conflict Full - 13479012 (US-LA) tested placing the US razor wire from the command tent on a high ping server. Razor wire still present after 10 minutes, respawning at a different base and coming back.
