BUT GOOD NEWS, I may have figured out a trigger for this, it has something to do with Focus/Zoom in feature and LOD loading.
When you use Focus or zoom in, it loads higher res textures than you're already using, which means if someone like me who plays Fidelity, the quality I have by default gets enhanced EVEN MORE, which shouldn't be the case.
High dense foliage/forests also play a part in it, since all of those trees want that high quality LOD but we can't afford it.

It is up to our QA teams internal priorities. As to why this ticket has been addressed before the one you have posted I do not know. It is possible higher priority issues had to be dealt with back then and we apologise for any inconvenience.

Yes, I have tried clearing cache before restarting the game, they always come back. I got about 2 and a half hours of playtime from 20:00 (8PM), it was full of game freezes, and ended up in a crash, I came to the site to make a report but saw you had made one.
I planned on uploading a clip as well but my Xbox failed to record last 45sec before the crash.
