Issue Description: I noticed that sometimes the little icons shown in the build mode corner do not correspond to what is actually built at the base. Saw it happen on Le Moule and Coastal Morton, pretty early game. The map icons were correct though. Both screenshots are at the same time, same base, as you can see only an antenna is built there:

But seemed to happen for almost every other base too, even ones just captured from FIA:
