Game Version number: 1.4.0.22 (it was also present on 1.3)
Modded: No

Issue Description:

Machinegun with adjustable sights in emplacements/vehicles do not align vertically according to zeroing.
The sights move, but the player POV does not move to align them.
This happens with all emplacements and vehicles that contain PKM or M60.
NSV and M2HB don't have this problem (you can't adjust zeroing).
Handheld PKM/M60 work fine.
