Issue Description:

Hello,

The LAV 25, when in reverse or neutral, is braking very poorly. Compared to when the gearbox is in drive/forward and the braking performance is good.

I'm pretty sure there is this issue with others vehicles, I don't remember which.

Steps To Reproduce

Drive a LAV 25.
Try braking when in Drive -> Good.
Try braking when in reverse -> no brake power at all
