Issue Description:
When joining a server and selecting a faction, the squad selection menu remains completely inactive for a significant period of time. Meanwhile, the 'Create New Squad' button at the bottom remains active. This behavior encourages players to repeatedly create new squads instead of joining existing ones. The issue is most easily reproducible on full servers.

I also suspect the menu unlocks when the player count in the faction changes. The video shows multiple players being kicked from the server, but i think this is unrelated to the described bug.
