Since 1.3 update (1.3.0.130) many people have been experiencing freezes that can be seconds long and happen very frequently at times. This issue seems to have been reported before 1.3 (https://feedback.bistudio.com/T184946) but has gotten worse with the update, it's currently affecting people across all platforms
