*Issue* Since the 1.3 update, I’ve been unable to join any conflict game mode on all Official servers. Every time I try to join a server 1 of 2 things happen,

  1. I get stuck on a load screen with a dark background and the radar load-symbol in the top right of the screen. I can hear in-game noises as if “I’m” floating in water with seagull noises around me along with an occasional end game counting timer ticking. Game either stays this way and freezes or crashes to Xbox Home Page.
  1. I start to load into a game, but right after the middle orange bar reaches the very end of the load progress, the game crashes to my Xbox Home Page.

I’ve tried all personal troubleshooting possibilities I could think of, like restarting game, console, internet, and even getting the official Xbox Support service to help me with troubleshooting, yet nothing works.

All Official Servers seem to have this issue every single time I try to load into one.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Select ARMA Reforger.
  2. Click on the “Multiplayer” tab on the game menu.
  3. Tab over to Official on the top of the screen.
  4. Select “Join” on any Official Server of your choice. (Preferably Conflict game modes)
  5. Wait till the first initial load screen ends to verify whether it gets stuck, or frozen, with a dark background and orange radar load symbol in the top right of the screen.
  6. Wait till first initial load screen ends and ARMA Reforger will possibly crash back to the Xbox Home Page.
Additional Information

I play on Xbox Series X and live in U.S. Central Time Zone for server reference.

I’ve have also searched through the ARMA Reforger Twitter “X” Application and on Reddit for any additional information on the current problem. A lot of players across all platforms are experiencing the same issue after the 1.3 update making the game unplayable.

Please address if there will be a patch fix soon for this issue so that players may join Official Servers without the game getting frozen or crashing.
