I always break barbed wire when im trying to reverse and unload supplies in bases lol.

Can confirm I've observed similar effects, particularly for the pre-placed road block compositions in conflict, after destroying sandbags/dragon's teeth, the wire remains, and you can drive straight through it with no collision or damage to the wire
