Issue Description: I encountered a few street lights that I could not disable / destroy. I did some testing and found that the glass can be destroyed separately from the bulb itself, and doing so results in the bulb / glow remaining invincible.

I made a video, the first light is untouched / undamaged before shooting it. The second one you see me shooting it with a grenade launcher close to the bulb before trying to shoot it with the rifle. You can see the glass get destroyed:
