Still the problem of; Dedicated servers with forced difficulty set, A3 is not reading the "Users\server\server.Arma3Profile" settings. or rather only activating some of them.

They never accepted Team member, as you were already told in Arma discord, "agents" command doesn't return agents.
It would have been sufficient to upload your report once instead of 3 times.
Also it would be benefitial if you could actually describe your issue, instead of a title that provides no real info, and log files that don't actually show any issue

Alternative would be forced game crash...
I'd rather leave it like this.

Update: all relevant commands no longer accepts Team member type. (i.e. setDir, setPos, setDamage, switchMove)
Im using an USB audio interface, i reinstalled the drivers before all this happened so i had to configure the settings for inputs and outputs, you are right that seemed to fix my problem and i can play sometimes for a full game but after a while it crashes and kicks me out to the launcher with another error

I am using a wired headset, so couldn't be that.
Same problem on Ubuntu 20.04. Reinstall the server and change the difficulty does not help.
Can confirm this happens with NO mods and with the only optional DLC loaded is Contact. HUD elements aren't visible for the AH-9 Pawnee and HEMTT, but are visible for the Hunter GMG and A-164 Wipeout. Running without Contact (as in, Vanilla ArmA 3) fixes the issue.

So you think the same headset that causes no problems with other games and has worked with A3 since 2015 is the problem? The only thing random about it is it only happens with Arma which really makes it not random

There are others with the same problem forcedDifficulty settings no longer working on Dedicated servers?
i'm getting this crash on the latest version on steam as of right now. Same thing, call in chopper, game crashes. It's repeatable also.

it did not work it told me it's validated and had no issues but I tried starting the game with the DLC but it still wont start

Just stumbled upon this. In my experience this seems to work in stable now, so any reason this ticket is still open?

Crash seems rather random, maybe are you using a USB Headset? thats known to cause issues on windows 10.
So to answer my own question of "What did the error message tell you?"
I already told you. corrupted file, verify your game files via steam. This is the exact same issue as the last ticket
The crashing is not in Arma, its in C:\Windows\USB Vibration\7906\EZFRD64.dll
I have no idea what that is, but its injecting itself into Arma, and its crashing.

I just tried, and it loaded "Drawdown 2035" or "State Scarlet" or any selected campaign or unlocked mission.
So v8 seems to have fixed that already.
But please be advized that I switched to the standard build in-between, so if there was a lingering outlier bug, it might have been cleaned up by the switch "profiling->standard->profiling", and whatever caused it, can now not be reproduced (also not logs available aso)

Yeah, this 100% ...and then some -- i just hopped on with some rare motivation to update my old UI after seeing all the pretty stuff on the wiki, and honestly I was surprised that the GUI Editor still has gone so neglected, for so long...2012 is the last editor update according to the help screen! colorOutside used to work in A1 or A2. cant quite recall.
at some point it got bugged.
Seems like a bug. colorOutside of OutsideTerrain class is never read.
But even vanilla terrains use that parameter, seems like they expect it to be read.

Ok, so I think I figured it out and I'm probably the biggest dumbass on planet Earth for not thinking of this earlier but I think it may been connected to some outdated drivers and Lenovo software. Recently I've been trying to figure out how to update some of the stuff on my computer and once I got it all updated I've been no longer having the issue. Since then I've tried reproducing the bug with just GM and the Nogovan Republic tank as you requested and everything seems to be working fine. What I can guess happened is that the outdated Lenovo software was causing random memory corruption whenever particular actions in Arma 3 wouldn't get along with the Lenovo software and crash the game. For some things it was more than others, like vehicles in GM that could customize the logo they had on the side would seemingly crash the game as well. Everything should be fine now but if there is anything that can be taken from this is that outdated Lenovo software doesn't like Arma 3 that much. Thank you for your time! I hope this helps provide some good information for any future issues similar to this one!
