Every time I try to load GLOBAL MOBILIZATION DLC for Arma 3 it gives me the error 0x0000DEAD and will not load into the game if I take it off it will load into it I tried uninstalling the game and DLC and it does not work.

I don't know how to fix this I tried everything from deleting the DLC and reinstalling it to uninstalling the game and reinstalling it but it keeps popping up

So to answer my own question of "What did the error message tell you?"

It looks like your GM installation is corrupted.
Try verifying your game files via steam

it did not work it told me it's validated and had no issues but I tried starting the game with the DLC but it still wont start
