The Titan supplied to the Missile Specialist (AT) in Combat Patrol (tested with Altis versions) can not switch between TOP-DOWN and DIR fire mods. Taking another titan launcher from an ammo box will yield a working launcher that can bs switched

Steps To Reproduce
- Connect to a server (Tested with both Linux and Windows servers)
- Launch Combat Patrol (Altis)
- Pick Missile Specialist (AT) and launch the game
- Select a town
- Once the game starts, switch to Titan and try to select fire mode (via F key)

We had this happen in an MP match once as well unrelated to Combat Patrol, so it might point at a deeper problem
