this is actually not a bug. To get the range with the rangefinder, you now need to use Lase Target, default key for this is T.

I have this same issue on Windows 7-64. Very annoying. Is there a way to fix it? I have -showscripterrors turned on, so I can't use the in-game camera for making movies anymore unless I turn that off, and either way it spams the heck out of the .rpt file.

There is some spilling because of the effect described in this ticket https://feedback.bistudio.com/T120542 under b) that gets magnified when bullet damage is too large. When bullet damage is reduced however it can be mitigated. Both issues should be fixed imo.

Aspect ratio is back in v1.70, FoV is no longer reset when opening video options.

Same problem in other shade of grey. Saitek X52 Pro, same problem with twist on joystick (used for YAW) moving range is shown from-100 to 100 . Ingame it is Z+/- Rotate.
Just for the record, there is pretty much no benefit from having a static object like barriers in Simple Object state. It is mostly intended for physics-enabled objects, especially vehicles, so that they can be placed as props.

Usually, almost every hitpoint is affected by damage, even if just a little bit. For example, if you get hit in the chest, residual damage will also be applied to the head and limbs. It's weird but that's how it is.

Not necessarily true. The wiki could have been right, but some change in development resulted in the handledamage beeing changed (possibly unintentionally) to the state it is now.

The behaviour has also been observed with CH View Distance's interface, which i thibk comfirms that opening any GUI ia causing the controls to go haywire.
