Contour lines are very difficult to see on the map
Assigned, NormalPublic

Description

Using the in-game map, contour lines are drawn with such a color that it is really hard to see them.

Using a more contrasted color would solve the problem.

Have you tried to toggle the map textures? If not, open the map. Click the "three-layer" icon in the top right corner next to the clock. The contour lines then becomes much more visible.

Does this solve the problem?

Yes it solves the problem, but having another color for the textured mode could be pretty useful too

Separating colour option for more map components (not only icons) will be nice.

Also, lines on GPS screen have too weak contrast.
You barely see any details other than roads and coastlines
particularly when you are moving fast or it is night time.
A1/A2 GPS was much more visible with its white non-transparent background,
so just returning to previous style will do better, imho.

Voted up. The contour lines should be a different colour when the satmap texture is enabled, so they actually contrast with the background.
