The colour of many in game UI/HUD elements ignores the Active Elements setting

Description

In the Game Options menu, the user can define colour scheme for the "Ingame" UI/HUD "Active Elements", such as the crosshair.

OBS:
While most of the elements respect the UI/HUD respect the setting, many elements are always displayed white.

EXP:
All UI/HUD elements should use the user's colour scheme.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. While in game (eg, playing as a soldier), press escape key.
  2. Open "Options" menu.
  3. Open "Game" menu.
  4. Select "Colors" tab.
  5. Set the currently edit scheme to "Ingame".
  6. Change scheme, ensuring the "Active Elements" colour is distinctly not white.
  7. Restart game.
  8. Start any mission where the player has subordinate units.
  9. Note many UI/HUD elements ignore the Active Elements colour.

In dev build 1.63.137926, the following items ignore the Active elements colour:
Stance indicator
Squad radar.
Waypoint indicator and text.
Temporary waypoint indicator.
Group member icon.
Interaction crosshair icons - select, move, watch, dot.
Hints
High command icons - group, selected group, text
