In the Game Options menu, the user can define a colour scheme for the Menu "Title Text".

OBS:
Menu Title Texts ignore the colour setting.

Steps To Reproduce

Open "Options" menu.
Open "Game" menu.
Select "Colors" tab.
Set the currently edit scheme to "Menu".
Change scheme, ensuring the "Active Elements" colour is distinctly not white.
Restart game.
Observe white menu title text.
