Saitek Combat Rudder pedals lost fine control of two axes and constantly gain input on one of them.
New, NormalPublic

Description

Saitek Combat rudder pedals has three axes - one rudder (Z) and two brakes (X and Y). After patch 1.68, latter two lost their moving range within the game - they only shows at 100 or -100, not even from 0 to 100. However, in Windows calibration and Saitek control application they shows usual gradual input from 0 to 100, as it should be.
Therefore now I'm unable to use them as car throttle/brake and leaning control.
Also, Y axis shows constant input which prevents from assigning keys with that controller enabled. Because all keys are added with that axis, even when it is not moved by me. Setting the dead zone do not help in that case. Windows and Saitek control apps do non showing input on that axis.

Hi unhappytroll,

hope you will notice this, i dont know how to reach you directly here. I had this problem and thoght it was ARMA 3 bug. But at least in my case it wasn't. I tried my X52 Pro few days after that in different games (namely Warthunder and Elite dangerous) and it was exactly the same (movement of YAW axis ingame showing only neutral, and extreme left and right. I started digging and found very little info, but it seems its some weird glitch with drivers. I found this video how to completely reinstall them and it fixed it for me (note that just installing them again didnt work, only after i followed the video), if you try it have your stick plugged in and your internet disconnected, reboot when asked: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kWZx8ytgPIk

Hope it works for you.

Thank you, I will check it. But my X52 pro and pedals are working just fine with WarThunder f.e. And joysticks, both M5 and t16000, are working just fine with Arma.

Exept that throttle on T16000 are too broken, lol. so I believe this is not a joystick issue.
