So, I was placing units with Zeus, and then I noticed that I can`t place BLUFOR units anymore, I couldn`t even click on that BLUE rectangle, it completely disappeared. So, I restarted the game, and it worked fine for a while, but then it happened again, this time it wasn`t only the BLUFOR units that I couldn`t place, I also couldn`t place the OPFOR units.

Steps To Reproduce
It`s pretty random, sometimes it happens fast, sometimes it requires a long time to happen. You just need to place units and suddenly you won`t be able to place BLUFOR units.

It's possible you reached the group limit. Once the upper limit of groups active is hit, you can't place anything in zeus.
