can I ask you about your crash report includes .rpt, .mdmp, .bidmp files, please?
Somehow yes, but this sucks (sorry for word), This shows the best workshop is still very green and sour apple, maybe it become red and sweet after decade.....
I'm sorry to keep updating this ticket but please help. This problem has been going on for 2 weeks without a correct answer. I've tried everything that I could to fix this but nothing works.
I´ve seen your report. you have 0xC0000005 - ACCESS_VIOLATION. Try the below possible solutions one-by-one:
Can I ask you about new crash repost and you can export us the mission? And sorry for asking. Did you try verify game cache integrity. I don´t see this option mentioned here so that way I asking.
Issue should be already fixed in dev branch and should be available in next stable/main branch update.
You can try the last possible solution called All in One Runtimes tool.
What game mode/ mission did this happen in?
What's your current game version?
It's been a month since I reported my problem and still getting no additional help or advice to get this fixed.
Is it supposed to go like this or am I the one losing patience?
Can't even try your shiny new 64-bit executables since I cannot access params panel.
We´ll try another solution.
Did you try verify game cache integrity?
Okey, thanks for effort
I´m glad to hear it.
Hello,
from Dependency Walker report it's clear that you've corrupted file C:\Windows\syswow64\XAPOFX1_5.DLL, which is a part of DirectX. You can get that file from another computer, attempt to re-install DirectX or use my fix from http://arma.jiripolasek.com/ if nothing above works.
@deathcracker66, try the below possible solutions one-by-one:
@swtx, is this issue occurring in the latest stable, development, or other game branch?
== "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Arma 3\arma3.exe" -noSplash -window -name=Arrow10w -cpuCount=2 -exThreads=2 -high -maxMem=2047 -noPause -noSplash -world=empty -mod=
@DanielNL, does this issue occur on missions other than CCGwasteland1?
@Ryan.w14, copy the Arma 3 and Arma 3 - Other Profiles folders and paste them somewhere else such as in a folder called Arma 3 Profile Backups.
Here are the logs from yesterday, will relaunch and attache new...
I ran into the same problem a few days ago (and still today) with a friend on my vanilla custom server, when we both had " zoomable scopes " on our rifles like the LRPS, MOS, AMS... one of us could not change the zoom of his scope. He was stuck in one of the two zoom positions in the scope, and when the player without the bug died or entered in a vehicle the bug was passed to him while the bugged player wasn't bugged anymore.

the problem reappeared. none of the listed fixes helped. there were waves of people being kicked out of the mission. 3~7 at a time, every 15 minutes
disregard that last comment i found out it was battleye

Here is the report, since non of the other things worked to fix the problem.
(using profiling) here the error log:
Still getting this.
I have a Gametrix ECS throttle which is a separate USB device and it always makes ARMA believe that its main axis is a modifier, which makes absolutely no sense for me. The throttle axis doesn't have any center point.
Almost two years and still no fix for this, it's unbelievable.
I also tried running the game in compatibility version win7
Okay then, i've got 32 hours in the game so far, so i'm not sure why it's doing this now rather than when i first purchased the game.
nothing...
I tried all the procedures you recommended, but does not work.
Starting the campaign and the game crashes.
Every time that crashes, are obliged to restart the pc because it stops.
I also tried to verify launch Windows System File Check tool, but everything is ok
@Alwin, sorry for the delay.
@Lorenzodesmo, try the below possible solutions one-by-one:
I add: I reinstalled the game 2 times the usual F disk and reinstalled in the disc C

@ConnorTW, those report files are identical.
Hey Alwin, after the update today, my Arma seems to be running pretty well. I will tell you if I encounter any issues. Thanks for your help all along the way! I really appreciate it.
Thank you Bohemia for zro changes in this case, if same bug will appear in Arma 4, maybe finally you decide to fix it in Arma 5.
Work in the Development Build 1.67.139899
I managed to reproduce the issue after verifying game files and restarting showcase on dev build 1.67.139899 x64 version. Mission seems to be stuck on the optional objective with the orange smock which I did not complete. I ll try again see if a manage to finish it.
Rearm was broken at least as far back as A2. The hassles with rearming your team sre a frequent cause ogf getting killed off. The whole rearm/gear system for one's team is unfit for purpose.
@scubascott05, I cannot see any arma3.rpt or other crash files in the reports that you have attached. Are there any files in the following directory?
It's also annoying when using the Arsenal because you try on something, then your dude is bending over or something that makes it impossible to just look at the outfit change. Then there's taking screenshots, have to shake the mouse back and forth a bit while taking the shot so your head won't spin around. It's one of the most pointless and annoying features I have ever seen in a video game.

This is an issue harming MP games, muting enemy footsteps. Hopefully addressed soon, thanks.

@darkdozy, I have not managed to reproduce this issue. I have successfully completed that showcase about a dozen times with different outcomes on versions 1.66.139586 (main) and 1.66.139792 (profiling).
[...] (I have tried every "Common Exit Code" things.)
i have tryed evey fix that on the wiki to fix it

Just a quick update. Tried all of the fixes suggested in Jawsh's post and a few other. Reinstalled Steam & ArmA and used a new Profile. Updated all the C(++) runtimes, Java, and all the other listed runtimes. Reinstalled GPU drivers (nVidia) and tried rolling back, etc.
