Unfortunately there is no way to use RPG in prone position in ARMA 3. Sometimes it's difficult to play with no possibility to send missle being undiscovered before. And I think that this possibility must exist since it's a common tactics! Most RPG's usualy have bipods or threepods to make them able to make accurate fire from prone position of from some cover.
