Than thats definetly a problem if the exile devs and server hosters. Upload the rpt file and maybe we can find out why exactly you get kicked.

How does the lock on range change to the density of the rain?
IR Seekers normally have a limited Lock on ability when rain occurs.
Update: I am now almost completely unable to enter a Battle Royale game. Most of the times I get these crashes, sometimes it stops and says that connection to the server was not possible. Only 1 in 10 times I am able to enter a game.
I mean the official Bohemia servers....

help me please i have the same problem, it freezes at startup screen and im forced into hard restarting. i cant open up task manager or do anything! ive tried everything. all other games are working, for example Squad, Dayz etc,,, however this problem started right after i installed a new squad patch which currently have Fatal Error Bug, which forces a lot of player out of the game and crash to desktop. HELP

You should probably update the severity of the bug to something higher. I wouldn't call this minor as it severely negatively affects the experience of multiplayer pvp and I suspect a lot of coop games as well where it seems that you just could not hit the AI for some reason or how AI just seems to spot you without you being able to see them.
Addendum: similar applies to the Kuma MBT - mirrors cannot be re-textured.

I also enabled hyper-threading and added tbb4malloc_bi, and the crashing still continues.
I tried all of the possible solutions for the access violation, and came up with nothing. Upon playing I got the same error with an added one this time ringing:

I agree with Pennyworth on this. It's a major issue, but it's definitely not game breaking. (It might be game-mode breaking though, depending on what one plays).

Let's not blow this out of proportion. Yes this is a big issue, but it's by no means "game breaking." Game breaking would be if you were to zoom in on someone's head and your game instantly crashes. I also don't think BI appreciates you guys telling them in what time frame things should be fixed.
Something similar happens to (one) client if they join dedicated server.
They see their own custom face, others don't.
The custom face is succesfully downloaded to other client computers.
yeah i was about to say.. this is not a minor problem.. this is quite a severe problem that needs to be dealt with ASAP.
This is v15 of performance branch. Without crash played 3h.
This is a major problem and needs to be fixed if we want competitive Arma to keep growing.
Why not just remove the sinking in completely?

Not quite sure how this was missed when adding this feature to be honest...
I experienced that many times, "Player vs Walls" is nice for bricklayers but I wanna play vs Players. It would be nice if you can fix this soon because it totally ruin the experience for all the PvP mods and even solo missions.

you can try to run the game with the mods enabled one by one. This way you will be able to determine which mod is causing the trouble and leave it out if possible (that is if the mod you are using is not required by the server you are playing on).

Ah... sorry. Didnt know what keywords would be best to search. Right now i have no time to play this game and i'm happy with it, i'm going slowly mad playing it, and just lost interest in this game. :( Sorry, but developers worked for this very hard, by ingoring such important (and others we both reported) tickets. BTW they set your ticket on "Wishlist", you know what it means? They threat this report like a wish for fix, not a bug report. Is this so hard create one entry point for dead man, weapon primare, and weapon secondary - JUST LIKE IN ARMA 2? Jeez, i think they just started working on arma 4, beacuse there is no other excuse.
Played with v15 of the Profiling 1.62 binary. No crash experienced, even after a couple of hours. Here are two sessions of FRAME captures.
The people logging this issue are aware of the Arma feature that sinks players into the ground to simulate grass (T64165) but the request is to have an option to disable this (especially for multiplayer) where hitbox detection and LOS issues cause unexpected behavior in the game.
This is gamebreaking, please fix!
This bug is pretty damn annoying to say the least, if fixed it would make the game much more fair and playable for everyone.

Just submitted a video on this aswell, it's a pretty big problem when it comes to PVP in arma 3. Many headshots that haven't killed people most likely due to this. Also the fact that people can sink below walls far enough that players can't see them when they are shooting over it is a huge issue. Looks to people that the wall is shooting them.
