As Tholozor says, by design, units that are set to <i>In Formation</i> will automatically begin the mission in a formation position relative to their leader. If you believe this can cause issues for some vehicles please file a feature request to alter the behavior for those.

There are certain places where you cannot use interruption, trigger's on activation being one of them. With -showScripErrors enabled you'll be alerted to that fact.

Soldiers don't tend to throw away empty magazines unless they need to reload in a real hurry. And even then, they'd usually collect them afterwards.

Cannot reproduce. One pistol bullet to the head kills, no matter where you hit. Seems like you have extended armor enabled (doubles health for you and friendly units) in your difficulty settings. Test again against enemy units and at higher difficulty.

This is still a problem in 0.77.109586.
While the EH no longer keeps re-adding itself on respawn, the automatic re-add does not guarantee the order is retained which brings us back to the original problem.
For now, the following can be used to work around this...

I'm not sure I understand the issue. You want to have eject and get out assigned to the same button, with get out being the action used if the vehicle is stationary?

Since the said update a new RPT with a unique name is created each time you start the game. Please check whether this is the case.
This sounds like an issue with the addons themselves, I suggest you contact their authors.
To elaborate, dialogs and resources are not written into a game save. Neither are variables that contain references to UI elements and scripts that contain the <i>disableSerialization</i> keyword. Addons that introduce UI elements have to cater for this behavior.

This is not a bug, it's a feature called <i>grass layer</i>. It simulates grass that cannot be rendered at distance due to performance reasons. I'll close this report.
Does it just disconnect you or does the server crash?
Do you know if any other players on the server are having the same issue? If not, sounds like a problem with your internet connection. You could try Alt+Tabbing out and checking if you can view any web pages in your browser while it's counting down.

The main display (46) doesn't exist until a few moments after the mission has started. This has been the case in ARMA 2 as well.
Prior to attempting to assign a display event handler you have to make sure the display actually exists using an isNull check:
