once i have downloaded the game i press play, it comes up with the loading screen (the Arma 3 logo and the loading bar). once the loading has finished it closes down. i press play then it says app running. it also comes up with a message on the bottom right of my computer which reads 'display driver Intel graphics accelerator drivers for windows 8 stopped responding and has successfully recovered'. It still does not let me play the game.

Fixing bug so the game can be played.
Unfortunately my son did not realize that this app was for testing the game. As we have included the faults what happens next? We have paid £19.99 for something that cannot be played. Please can you get back to us as soon as possible. Once this has been resolved will this be an update on the Alpha or the Beta version?

Try updating your video card drivers to the most current version, and see if that fixes it.

actually you pre-ordered arma 3, and get free access to the alpha and beta phase :)
also sounds like a client side issue ( your computer ), did you check you meet the system requirements?

and also will that mean i cannot play the full game of arma 3 when it comes out
