Most likely Router / NAT issue.
Hello @Geez I can confirm the issue, it happens even before 1.06 and be sure nothing is blocking the view of the range finder when this happens
This is because some server hasn't updated correctly.
when the patch was released the server software omegamanager didnt download the bliss folder and that is fixed so it does now (server owners).
Same problem here. Selected “launch without mods” from launcher and both ways give the same error

It's so bad I think they should do a roll back and try again with 1.07. Just call 1.06 a write off and go back

Maybe he put some of the cooked meat in his shirt or pants?
It seems to be a sync issue between the server and the player, this is why you can move items around between slots and containers just fine when you are holding them on your character but not when they are on the floor. The bugged guns not accepting mags or being able to unload mags has also become far more common this update, they have to sort it out at this point it's ridiculous.
Admin tool shows wind force of 18 and sometimes 19 ALL the time. Even if I try to change it in the files or the admin tool there is no effect, like that 100% of the time. Is it always windy where you are or something???
It looks like the inventory spaces have a sort of cooldown. Here's an example where I couldn't use spaces:

I guess the real issue was that the game was seating the player too close to the fireplace and allowing him to become 'burned'. A safe default seating distance would be preferable. As it is, the game allows you to stand right next to the fireplace and select 'Roast'.
My inability to get rid of the overheating could well be due to untested mods brought over from v1.05
@freerider3434 Yeah I agree. It is such a disruptive issue that I too feel they should make an effort to explain A) the underlying cause (can't imagine they don't know yet) and B) why fixing it takes so much time.
@Beavis Yeah thanks, I'm kind of tired though about us having to "shed light" on this subject. I want to hear, that they're working with top priority on this, because it's GAME. FEATURE. BREAKING. and if they're not working on it with top priority, I want to know why.
This is the biggest problem for me, and it is amazing that it was pushed out this way.
Issues are random, people have left base to come back to cars gone. cars have done this since they were added back and base building items have done this since they were added into the game and I have been asking and have heard other same the same since .63 when they where both added back in with the new engine. I am not sure way you have not been able to reproduce the issue but I have heard about it and it is a known issue within the DayZ community and in every discord I go into with people talking about it and the best fix they said is to attach nails to the fence and just remove and add every couple days to stop it from going away. I had one time were a wall was there and I did that but then had to restart the server and when I did I logged into the fence being gone. No reason it should be.....

Majority of the issues listed are known to us and scheduled for a fix. Those we have been able to confirm have also been scheduled for a fix. As for the number six, we did not come across any volume issues with the barrel fireplace.

Do you expeirence this issue on both official and communtiy servers? Are you using wired connection or wifi? Has the issue started to occur just recently? If so, were there any changes in your software or hardware (Such as new router) that could cause this?

Yep, this is a major (if not the biggest) issue right now. I also encounter several problems during playing.
This is probably the biggest issue that's present right now. IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP

Are you certain that you were not standing in a bush or tree? As the tree branches can cause the rangefinder to show zeros.

The relocation penalty is intended to be applied every time you change a server. That is the intended state and works correctly. The only time you should not get a relocation penalty is when joining to the same server as you were previously on.

Here's a video of a sequence that might help shed some light on the subject. This happened on a nearly empty server - I was the only one online - when a player with extremely unstable internet started trying to connect to the server. When I checked the log afterwards I could see several connection attempts and disconnects while the car was dancing, but server FPS was around 2,500-3,000 during the entire sequence.
This is on all servers.

To add on top what @philippjoos said.
I also had problems with this last night. Lots of incidents of other players not able to see/manipulate something I dropped on the ground, items not going back into containers that I had just taken out to use (sewing kits, etc.) I was passing a mag to another, and they could not see it on the ground, so I had them drop their pack and place it inside, and they still could not see it until re-log.
In addition to the points mentioned above. Some servers do also return file ids for some of their server side mods

Hello, i mean the one-handed hammer and i've experienced in multiple official servers, in vanilla. For the video i will see if i can record one soon.
