If you delete the contents of your C:\Users\*username*\Documents\DayZ folder, does the issue still occur?
If so, please make sure all your software drivers are up to date. and then upload the full contents of your C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Local\DayZ folder and a dxdiag file from your computer.
The folder is hidden by default, so you will have to enable hidden files and folders in Windows in case you haven't done that yet. this is not the same folder as the documents folder
