Not sure what is going on but if I set the "weather.MissionWeather" to true and even if I set the weather values to 0.1 or 0.01 it still rains all the time. Need a better way to control weather and wind, since it is ALWAYS windy 100% of the time. So it looks really odd with blue sunny skies and it is raining.

Admin tool shows wind force of 18 and sometimes 19 ALL the time. Even if I try to change it in the files or the admin tool there is no effect, like that 100% of the time. Is it always windy where you are or something???
