I do not think so, my system is pretty well cooled and max temps I get are about 50°C.

I had this happen in the editor. I started in the black wasp jet (as pilot) with the jet near the rear of the carrier. I got out of the jet and then re-entered later and the rear of the jet fell through leaving the jet stuck. Did not occur everytime though.

Same issue here.

In other words, it's not possible to choose 16Bit and 48000Hz as previously suggested as a workaround.
My workaround is to use a spare Razer Kraken 7.1 USB headset. Doesn't happen with that at all, but that doesn't use Dolby virtual surround like the Logitech G35
I've been troubleshooting this problem for a month now and so far it seems to be different depending on each individuals computer power. A lot of 'fixes' pointed towards processing being the issue. One such case - upgraded CPU and RAM - suddenly problem disappeared. Another case - Switch to SSD - problem disappeared too.
Since virtual surround sound requires some processing, reducing said processing requirement would likely help prevent 'laggy audio'.
This is when I realized how the sample rate could help me - I cranked my playback bitrate in speaker properties from 16bit, 48000Hz to 16bit, 44100Hz. Poof the problem was gone. flew a heli, didn't lag (crashed but that was my fault :P )
And that's how I fixed my arma :P
P.S: I am using a G930 wireless headset with 7.1 USB surround sound
TL;DR : keep reducing your headphone sample rate until the issue disappears. worked for me
Doesn't work. Used the 22800Hz and it still lagged... And on top of that it sounded like shit. I am also using a G930 wireless headset with 7.1 USB surround sound.
Yep, extremely boring and immersion killing.
There are any solutions of this problem in the forthcoming updating?

the actual logs seems like out of memory crashes on 32-bit binary, please try use 64-bit
Does anyone try the Dev Branch?
hello,
today, i had cleaned-up my PC by removing all nvidia drivers (thanks to Display Driver Uninstaller + Registrar Registry Manager Free Home Edition softwares).

I tried this on the freedom with 10 blackwasps and spread them around randomly. I then entered all of them and made sure they were not stuck by pulling forwards. In the 2 tests only 1 had their rear wheels stuck. This also did not happen when I got into the aircraft, rather it seemed to drop when when I entered other aircraft or when it spawned, When I ran same scenario again the plane was fine.
+1 I can confirm this happens on my install as well
I tested this on the dev branch and got some weird results. First off, I dont have any friends so I couldn't use another player to laz for me but I did try using the sub which is the only vehicle I know of with a laser besides a plane. So here are my results: If I jump in gunner seat and start lasing while no one else was in the vehicle, and then ejected and went back to a plane, the laser would not show up. However if I did the same thing but had someone in the driver seat of the sub, then the laser would stay on, and it would stay on the exact right position, I did 2 bombing run tests on the same target same path with same sub and I got all hits on the first and one miss on the second (this might be because I had already gone past target with laser on it by the time the bomb hit, which could cause it to miss. Further testing will be needed. (I restarted scenario between each test)

not on tanoa
yes they can see through bushes and trees...
I think AI can see through every bushes and trees! Not funny on tanoa...
u sure you aren't hearing something else?
i just tested in VR (with MAX! volume) and was only hearing VR background humming my steps, the impact sounds in the distant. and ofc the super sonic cracks that made my ears fall off when i got in the wrong position
Same thing for arifle_MX_SW. What a pitty that there is no version without bipod.... Would make things easier!

Can replicate.
Seems to be the Leading edge Slats being confused when stationary/low speed on the ground - the jet registers that it's slow and wants to stall (and the slats angle down in anticipation) but it instantly corrected by the ground propping it up - slats flick up.
I can replicate, but I can hear it only very faintly.
I can reproduce this, but it happens only if the groupsize is greater than 3.
Same issue as well. AND using scroll wheel to initiate launch instead of holding enter causes the plane to fail the launch, detach, and accelerate off the deck to a splashing death.
Since jets DLC is all about jets, and Jets that can break the sound barrier ,there should 100% be the ability to at least use a module to sync to the vehicle for the CHOICE of having that realism and immersion of the sound barrier being broken, and scaring the enemy forces with the raw power of your aircraft. There has been many requests from my members to have me ask for any response on whether or not there will be SONIC BOOM sounds.
Heres a reference to a mod maker who has done it...but cant release due to copyright:

and another crash in 1hr
There is a control option in key bindings planes for the air brake (should be at bottom of plane control list) I bound mine to H
I too have this issue.
I also thougt about this idea. This would be a great improvement of the experience in Arma, if an allied (or enemy) jet flies over your head with a sonic boom. I think now it's too late for the Jet DLC (if it's not included yet), but Bohemia showed that they can patch things like this afterwards. /push
A new control key for the airbrake would be great. A lot easier than pitching up or turning the engine off.
I get this to, also the "Detach from catapult" still stays in the players menu and doesn't disappear no matter what.

weird it seems to only happen when you are like 1 ft off the ground.
Still not reply from anyone?
No other person have same problem? Is strange that it runs ok in 32bits but not in 64bits.

- Mk21 seems to follow ground vehicles too (in fact, all 3 track ground vehicles)
- Mk21 seems to not turn its radar on even when forced
TGP views do not show hud info, and besides, it's not relevant to this ticket. Look at the difference between the lights and the virtual runway. Also, the virtual runway is on the sea surface rather than at deck level
