Launch, then hit PLAY (with or without mods)..
Additional Information
Uninstalled and reinstalled game. Attempted both 64- and 32-bit launch. Deleted profiles. Deleted/force-selected memory DLLs. Verified no faults in 32G RAM. Always get Windows error The Instruction at 0x011022b4 (varies) reference memory at 0x00000000 (always the same). The memory could not be read.
