@Allantheking @BetterDeadThanZed As far as I know Geez is not a developer but works for Bohemia Interactive in the DayZ project for managing the Feedback tracker. Meaning, he is obviously in direct contact with the development team and the information he is forwarding us is coming from them.

@AntonivkA What you are describing is the new enlarged zone of classified loot spawning in nearby buildings of intended main buildings. I for one find this very stupid and it makes no sense to me, BUT it's intended. I had reported this issue in this ticket T143841 and gotten the following response
@gzhegow From what I've seen in the video, I believe it to be highly unlikely that someone is going to be able to shoot from up there, not to mention accurately. The person in the clip could hardly get up there in the first place and not stay very long.

@Aidandayz97 If a car has crashed, that usually means the engine is destroyed. The engine can currently not be repaired. I agree that some kind of indicator would be very helpful!

@Geez I have tested this, here's a clip. It appears as though the zombies run to where the bullets land. You can see that the zombie that can be heard on the left side, does react to the initial noise of the shot but doesn't come for me. However some zeds are walking to and around the spot the bullet landed.

@Jammet I was very surprised to find the latest Stable 1.05 has all the common assualt rifles flagged with count_in_cargo="1" and count_in_hoarder="1". @Geez Does this indeed mean what we think? Items that are flagged like this are being counted into the nominal value, leading to no new guns spawned as long as the sum of stashed weapons matches the nominal value?
@Geez This might be exactly what the designers have in mind, but I figure there needs to be some sort of check/max amount of one item spawning in a specific zone/town, so that when an item goes below it's "min" value and is being "restocked" to it's "nominal" value, the second system can check if there is an item of that type already in the zone and if no it can place it there and check again. Items could be refilled to the nominal value and be held and queued so they don't spawn where someone loot cycles but actually in a place where item cleanup removes items that have passed their "lifetime" value.

@Geez @DrDeSync Since this is a very brief description, I'm unsure as to wether this relates to my ticket, regarding the weight of the Jerrycan not updating accordingly to the amount of liquid inside of it. @ParanoiaLP Have you noticed the issue in Vanilla DayZ, meaning on OFFICIAL servers? And are you sure you've had full stamina? Climbing a high wall takes half your stamina bar. If you have less, you won't be able to climb high walls

@EnterThePug I now have seen it again around the hospital in Severograd. The civilian multiple story buildings had almost exclusively medical items, mostly medical clothing. It's stupid in my opinion and I cannot imagine it being intended. @Geez wasn't here today, but maybe he'll be back tomorrow, so he can maybe let us know what's going on.
@EnterThePug For some reason I haven't been able to observe this loot behaviour in the stable 1.05 patch so far. Of course it's nice to have more military loot in the military zones but I think achieving that by spawning loot in buildings that often times don't make any logical sense containing them isn't the right way to go about it, provided that was even their intention. In that case adding more military buildings or upping the number of possible loot-spawn-points in already existent buildings would be alot more logical imo.

@EnterThePug @chainsawsquirrel I don't get it, how does it makes sense, that in a normal two-story living house and garages....GARAGES(!), only medical items spawn, just because it's close to a hospital. You must have misunderstood something, this can no way be intended. Maybe we can get @Geez to comment on this.

This issue has been acknowledged, confirmed and said to be assigned in 2019. The ticket I created has for some reason been labelled "Custom Policy", meaning only I and the devs can see it, but at least I can share with you the statements I have recieved:

@Zombie_Fodder Thanks for changing severity to major. Removing the vehicles from your server isn't problem solved though. It's problem avoided ;)

@Geez, Is the issue being confirmed here that you should actually not be able to walk on the netting nor the tents? Because that's what I'm thinking the issue is.

@jamielou.007 @EnterThePug It happened to me twice already in VANILLA DAYZ but today it also happened in Survivor Games. @Geez I have a new theory. It might be caused when the person is killed in the moment they are switching off their weapon in hands. Here are two screenshots:
