thank you for the feedback.
@Busterguy
Thank you for the dumps, being worked on.
thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately there seems to be something wrong with the file, it has been marked as being malicious.
thank you for the feedback.
thank you for the feedback. This issue was already reported by another user (FT ticket number not available as it was reported when FT was down) and was submitted for a fix already.
Hi, so after a discussion with the responsible dev, here's something about the other EHs.
Are you having trouble joining any other server/game mode? For example official ZGM or perhaps End Game.
Unfortunately I do not know when will the next update be available.
so I was able to download and open the zip but the file inside is unfortunately not an arma 3 crashdump.

thank you for the feedback.
Thank you for the feedback. Issue should soon be fixed in development branch and later in the main/stable branch.
thank you for the crashdumps. Please make sure to try out these suggested steps as they might help you to get rid of the issue.

thank you for the feedback.
thank you for the feedback. I have checked the report and it seems to contain only RPT files. This means that game did not crash or that the application was killed via task manager too fast and bidmp and mdmp files did not have time to generate.
thank you for the crashdumps. Could you please tell us something more about the crash?
Seems to be problem only when prone, can you confirm?
thank you for the feedback. If you encounter issue with uploading the files here directly, please try to use some free file sharing service (e.g. Dropbox) and post the link here.

thank you for the dump and sorry for the late reply.
When it comes to crashes, these usually require a game update or hotfix.
Sorry for not responding earlier I was away, I will check out what's new with the case and get back to you.

thank you for the feedback. Could you please tell us more about this issue? We have tried to reproduce it using the provided steps however we were not able to get kicked. Are you using some custom mission that you could share with us? Are you running any mods and if so did you try to reproduce the issue without them?
thank you for the feedback. Could you please try to switch to the Development branch and check the state of the EHs there? There were some changes applied.
thank you for that capture. Could you please look for RPT file that was generated during the session where you captured the Frame? It would help us a lot. If you do not know which one it might be and wish to provide it, you can try to perform the capture frame again and provide both the files (the more we have the better :))
Indeed it was, I actually used that post to report the issues internally when it turned up. I would normally mark these (FT) tickets as duplicates but since they were reported on Forums, I am leaving them in an open state till the fixes are introduced in an update and confirmed as fixed by players (in this case you).
the issue was already looked at and should be fixed. Fix is currently available in the Development branch and should make it into the Main/Stable branch with the next update.
Thank you for the heads up and the crashdumps :)
Thanks for the heads up, please do let us know about the outcome.
It is being worked on, however keep in mind that such fix will be available for the Stabel/Main branch only after an update.
glad to hear that you are able to play.
thank you for the feedback.
@celticalliance
The with the troubleshooting reports is that these bug can happen to all people, to some people, sometimes only to a single person. Every problem can be unique and to find the exact issue, we need the info from them directly, if possible as much as possible.
there were some fixes made for this issue and should be currently available in the Development branch. Could you please try and switch to the Development branch and see whether this issue was resolved or not?
there were some fixes made to the AI free fall states, they should be available in the Development branch, could you please check it out?
thank you for the feedback and sorry for taking so much time to tackle this, I was occupied elsewhere.

thank you for the feedback.
RPTs should be created each time you run the game (BIDMP and MDMP files generate during crash), they have a timestamp as a name so you can try to check the timestamp and select the corresponding ones
thank you for the frame txt.
did you try verifying the game data via Steam?
thank you for the feedback.
could you please provide the crashdumps?
Jul 28 2016
so you are able to join any other KotH servers?
I got the files and forwarded them, they are being processed, I do not have much more info about it at the moment
thank you for the dumps. Did you try to use tbb4malloc_bi (either use -malloc=tbb4malloc_bi or disable malloc param as this is default and recommended malloc)?
thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately I am not able to download the crashdump files (error 404), could you please upload them again or use some free file sharing service to provide them?
thank you for the feedback.
In progress
Jul 27 2016
Thank you very much, will look into that :)
thank you for the files. There were no mdmp files present?
Did you try verifying the integrity of the game cache after latest dev branch update? Are you updating through Steam or are you using Arma 3 Tools Data Updater?
Thank you very much :)
I should rather thank you for the feedback and willingness to stick with these reports :)
thank you for your feedback. I would like to ask you to create your own ticket. With crashes it is better to deal with each of them separately and it will also help us to track the progress on the bug should something happen.
Jul 26 2016
unfortunately the crashdumps didn't help much. Could you, if possible try to reproduce the crash without mods and provide us with those crashdumps?
Oh, yeah stupid me, dedicated server and saving do not come together well.
It is being worked on, unfortunately I do not have much more info yet :(
Hello again :)
thank you for the feedback you have provided in this matter.
thank you for the feedback you have provided in this matter.
thank you for the feedback you have provided in this matter.
thank you for the feedback you have provided in this matter.
So the ZIP file was 1.84 MB with 13.5MB MDMP files inside, do I get it right? If so, it is most odd, one things that comes in mind is that it might be linked with the ticket itself, would you mind to try creating different ticket and upload it to that ticket? If it passes please post the Ticket ID here into the comment.
could you please attach generated DWI file to this ticket?
No problem at all, whatever suits you best :)
Great! :) Will look into that.
Well those crashdump files your friend has might come in handy
thank you for the feedback.
