It seems that the issue is not related to the coop campaign. I am also not able to host my own mission.

Yep, game crashes to desktop every time you try to run it in singleplayer and try to host a game.
Very bad example of releasing a DLC worth 30 euros and it doesn't work. Tanoa is nice ut if you can't even play the campaign this DLC is worthless.

there were some fixes made for this issue and should be currently available in the Development branch. Could you please try and switch to the Development branch and see whether this issue was resolved or not?
