it is possible that the report file is too big so you cannot upload it here, that's why I suggested the free file sharing service like dropbox but any free file sharing service you are familiar and comfortable with is fine (be it Microsoft OneDrive, Google Drive etc.)

Im not that into scripting. But in arma you can execute things on the ckients only or on the server only and you can execute it global (means bith and synchronized ) there should be a tutorial how to do so on google (maybe look for execute on all machines). This splitting is needed when you for example use draw... function. Servers cannot draw anything there for only clients use this func.

thank you for the feedback. Could you please tell me whether you experience same issue when trying to host a vanilla server or host one the MP missions from vanilla Arma 3 (e.g. Support Stratis ?).
The cause of the problem, - the not stable AI pathfinding. For unknown reason, the AI-movement ability, can be blocked, after passing through some buildings.
Sometimes I still see this problem (v1.62)

What control in game - Video "PIP"? If it is switched off, will be as at you.
I too suffer from this problem since the Apex release. Almost everyone in the community also gets this problem. We have named it the 2FPS glitch. Around once an hour, frames drop to 2fps, buildings vanish, terrain goes all blurry, player model goes low poly, and sometimes even drops its texture and becomes white.
Does this issue only occur for you on King of the Hill servers or on any Arma 3 server?

People tell me this happens to them all the time... So far my workaround insulated me from seeing this issue since I use my own tbbmalloc.dll and do not use the built in launcher. I was playing with a friend that had around 4 crashes just yesterday with a $6,000 gaming PC he just bought running 2 GTX 1080 cards. Please contact me if you need more repro crash dump examples.
alright i found out with a bit of testing that:
your game freezes when you had restarted the game and the server and are the first to connect
ill attempt to launch it now
verified it and it said 34 files were reallocated and downloaded
but i will verify immediatly

Hello, seems like you are using modifications and some mod files are out of date or corrupt.
Hello, I'm experiencing the same problem as OP. 5fps/LOD after some amount of time, depends on which texture quality I'm using. If ultra - 30 minutes until drop, standard - 1.5h until drop also.
Before the missile had two way to hit a target.
