I completely agree with the points raised by @purechaos.
Striking a balance between realism and fun is key, and Squad’s approach to simulating challenges of real-world combat is something more games should take inspiration from.

Please make sure the Nvidia card is set as your primary instead of the integrated GPU. Also update your drivers, update windows and delete all profiles (Dayz Documents folder) verify the game data through Steam and make sure Steam cloud sync is disabled before doing so. Then try to play on an official server.
