Hello lfocktop.
Please make sure the Nvidia card is set as your primary instead of the integrated GPU. Also update your drivers, update windows and delete all profiles (Dayz Documents folder) verify the game data through Steam and make sure Steam cloud sync is disabled before doing so. Then try to play on an official server.
