No kill logs available in vanilla servers, makes it impossible to moderate servers unless admin is present and kill log is off.

This is also doubled up by the fact it's hard to set up FF kill logs persistently in vanilla non modded servers, requiring admins to reset the variables in game each restart.

Just need kill logs to reduce toxicity and ability for players to intentionally TK others as easily in vanilla servers.
