Xbox joining Combat Ops game shows few Hideouts

If an Xbox user is joining a PC Combat Ops game on Everon (not sure about Arland), the Xbox user will not be able to see any hideouts except for one or two (Radim is ALWAYS visible for some reason). The hideouts WILL show up on the map once discovered, however. A fix is to restart the server once the Xbox players are in the game and then they will be able to see all of the hideouts properly. However, today one gamer was disconnected and upon return was again unable to see any of them.

Steps To Reproduce

Host Everon Combat Ops game with PC. Have Xbox player join. Check map with PC player and Xbox player. You will see that the PC player can see all hideouts and the Xbox player can see very few. Restart server with the Xbox player in the game, and now they will be able all of the hideouts.
