Implementation of reserved slots/whitelisting in queues needed natively for Vanilla servers.

Currently it is hard to admin a server due to no reserved slots for admins. This also limits the ability for rather expensive server hardware to run vanilla servers ($120 AUD approx) as there is no incentive for players to donate with out whitelisting for reserved slots.

Can this be implemented natively like the game Squad has to ensure the longevity of Reforger servers as they are not free to run. Support the servers that are making this game popular please, it works in Squad and it will work for Reforger to make these communities sustainable.
