I think I understand what you are saying. You want suppression mechanics because you hope that such a mechanic would make realistic tactics more effective in gameplay. Giving the game more depth/fun.

Reforger definetly needs improvements on those sides which you suggest, but not for the rpg. But not to the point of squads ico because that is really bad along with the squads skinny arms which you cant aim at anything.
Yes, this game really needs these upscalers. It will make people with lower end gpu's be able to play the game and make people with medium-higher end gpu's to increase the graphics a bit and/or have more fps, making playing the game more enjoyable. Now it is FSR 3.1, DLSS 3.7 and maybe even XESS 1.3.

It’s nearly been two weeks since this glitch was first reported still with no response about fixing it or even acknowledging that it exists. As I play alone (as I can’t hear anyone I’m not looking at within a 1ft radius in proximity chat) I begin to notice more and more glitches that were introduced in this latest update and I start to question if I really want to keep playing a game with so many glitches that also doesn’t allow me to hear the people I enjoy playing with even if the game may be enjoyable at times.
Happens all the time, on vanilla too. People get stuck in vehicles, they cant exit, GM cant help them, reconect (without player deletion) didnt help eather. Not very nice for gamemodes where your game life matter.
Portuguese - Portugal aswell. Games need to add more localizations if they want to have more buyers.

This is acceptable at this moment according to the dev team.
This is one of those small QoL things that would help the player base in the day to day. Not only would having this info help the player but it helps when inviting or joining a friend.
if i want to join a friend i can right click join, but if the server is full it will kick me out before i know what server. If my bud doesn't remember if he's in NY or LA or which WCS server than we are stuck trying to figure that out or play trial and error. Having the info solves that.
It's very annoying i agree, i posted in the above thread and have posted my own issues with the system. i would not go so far as to say they are not going to do something about it as i think they have some bigger and more pressing issues to work on.
Some things to help in these situations.
Work as a team to route out the enemy it's much harder to try and kill 2 or three guys than just one. Try and keep a general reference of the build circle in your head and start checking the perimeter. What are common spots you know? where would you hide if roles were reversed? Did you check the water? Did you look in the bush or just walk through it? Did you look up high? Often players will only look within their horizontal range and forget to look in towers and roofs. Do something unexpected, Drive a car around the point, try to bait him out by leaving the inner perimeter, grenade a random building or shed.
I don't think the current system is final and certainly hope destruction adds more depth to the current attack/defend meta. The cat and mouse spawn camping has been stale for awhile and i feel the devs can do much better.

Maybe we can also compare all Files with the CRC Checksum and only uploading the updated files. If you just like to make a small Hotfix, you have to upload the whole 4,8 GB
Also broken for me on 1.2.0.76 with no mods.
I second this point from RHS perspective. Splitting mods into multiple mods is NOT the right solution to the problem. Please up this limit accordingly. We are living in the 21st century, my browser eats 5 GB of RAM in a single session.
Any plans to implement any upscaling technology in near terms?

Me and my friends have also experienced it, we do not use grenades anymore, you have a 50/50 chance of blowing yourself and your friends if behind the same cover. Tested on both official and modded servers.

Also it can't be fixed through GM, people fully stuck in compartments.
Yea +-40 players died on our one life events becase of that.
I also encountered such a problem when I tried to make my mission. The problem occurs only on a dedicated server, in arma reforger tools through a normal launch everything works correctly
This problem is really annoying, fix it ASAP. It's impossible to play the "release version of the game" with such bugs, it's just not normal.
I recently encountered the same problem. I have a feeling that it occurs when you touch doors that are not related to the seat where the player is sitting.
This is an assumption, I was not able to repeat it 100%
Transfer tool is for transferring changes from addon A to addon B - it is not used for transferring whole files.
