Steps To Reproduce
Select tutorial, go into the base capturing tutorial, get to the step where command truck is parked at Arleville, take radio out and turn it on, adjust to 60MHz, tutorial asks to speak into the radio, caps lock does nothing. See attached image, where radio is transmitting and yet current hint does not go away.

We have been unable to reproduce the issue.
To send a message over the radio, with adjusted frequency, make sure to:
- Press and hold the CAPS button down (do not just press it).
- Hold the CAPS button pressed for a few seconds, until the radio message plays through.
- Releasing it before the messages ends makes it play from the beginning again the next time CAPS button is pressed and hold. Thus "preventing" you from moving to the next step.
Could you please try to go through the tutorial course again following these instructions and see if that helped?
If it doesn't work, could you provide a video recording of how the game behaves?

Thanks Geez, holding down the radio allowed me to finish the tutorial, as you instructed. However, no message played for me over the radio; it was silent. Must be an issue with the audio file on my system or something.
It might be worth putting some text on the screen or something to explain how to complete this step, in case others' audio doesn't play as well.
