So as shown on the picture I am playing on conflict arland and I was trying to take the town of Arleville over with two fire squads however I died in the process and respawn near by when I got there all the NPC I recruited just went back to normal and I couldn't recruit them again plz fix

Reproduction steps: recruit NPC soldiers from the living quarters and die by another NPC

Also broken for me on 1.2.0.76 with no mods.
