Issue Description:
The low ready action only works before you crouch or go prone, as after that you are unable to have your weapon in the low ready position. Additionally, the low ready action does not work when you are in the crouched position.

Reproduction Steps:

  • Spawn in the game
  • Test to see if the low ready action works first
  • Couch or go prone
  • Stand back up, then try and have the weapon in the low ready position

I can confirm that this issue still exists in 1.2.0.66
